Please do not call to ask if we have offers on a property. *** MLS status is changed throughout the day. WRITE YOUR CLIENT'S HIGHEST & BEST OFFER at the time of submission. Offers submitted on a daily basis.***

To submit an offer, YOU MUST follow the following steps. If you submit without any of the following items, you may experience delays.

Step 1: Print the following:

1. Download the REO Offer Cover Sheet.
2. Download the Mongo Fax Cover Sheet

Complete Offers must contain these items: Use as a Checklist! 

1. REO Offer Cover Sheet
2. C.A.R. Purchase Agreement
3. Proof of Funds for down payment
4. Copy of Earnest Money Deposit Check (Payable to ServiceLink LP - the correct escrow company to be filled in later)
5. 1st Page of Credit Report(s) wih FICO scores
6. Direct Lender Pre-Approval Letter *

IMPORTANT MEMOS ABOUT PRE-APPROVALS:

* ALL PRE APPROVAL LETTERS MUST BE FROM A DIRECT LENDER - No Mortgage Broker Letters are acceptable.

***PLEASE NOTE: INCOMPLETE OFFERS MAY NOT BE SUBMITTED TO THE BANK.  BE SURE TO FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!!!***

 

Step 2:  Submit Your Offer by EMAIL to offers@jervisreo.com.  You can use the Mongo Fax cover sheet to fax to this email address.  NO FAXED OFFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  ALL ATTACHMENTS MUST BE IN ONE EMAIL AND IN PDF FORMAT.

Step 3:  Check Your Email: You will receive an automatic confirmation email if your offer has been received.

 All Seller responses will be sent by email - to check offer status, email us at status@jervisreo.com.  You will receieve an answer to all status questions within 24-48 business hours.
