When submitting offers on our Fannie Mae listings, three documents must be included for the offer to be considered. This is our only way to confirm that each buyer has reviewed and accepted the addendum in its entirety. Required Documents 1. The local or state contract (RPA) signed by all buyers. The contract should outline the initial offer terms. **SPECIAL NOTE: All contracts MUST include on pg 4 of RPA under item 11: “Pursuant to section 28 of the Real Estate Purchase addendum, this document is subject to all terms and conditions set forth in the Real Estate Purchase Addendum” 2. Fannie Mae Real Estate Purchase Addendum (attached below) signed by all buyers. The addendum should match all of the initial offer terms. 3. Owner Occupant Certification if the buyer intends on occupying the property as their primary residence. Both pages should be present and signed by the buyer and both the Listing and Selling Agents. ALSO NEEDED: Special Attention Documents 1. Pre-qualification letters (for financed sales) and/or proof of funds (for cash sales) are preferred for offer submission. 2. A copy of the earnest money check (unless waived for public entities) is preferred for offer submission. Thank you for submitting an offer on our Fannie Mae Listing!
